Automatic steam

Once the heating-up phase has been

completed, the automatic burst of

steam is injected.

The water will vaporise in the oven

whilst steam is being released.

After the burst of steam, * will go out .

Continue cooking until the end of the

cooking duration.

Manual steam

If you have selected "Manual steam",

you can release the steam as soon as

the * sensor is lit up.

Please wait until the heating-up

phase is completed to allow the

steam to be distributed evenly by

the warm air in the oven.

Please refer to the recipes for the timing

of the bursts of steam.

Tip: Set the minute minder N to

remind you.
